Jennifer Kaiser

Jennifer Kaiser has been a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Certified Practioner since 2012 and has long nurtured a passion in human behavior and health. She was involved in research on human perceptual and cognitive processes at the NASA/Ames Research Center; with national mental health policy at the American Public Health Association (APHA) in Washington, D.C.; and in U.S. healthcare workforce policy research at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). At UCSF, Jennifer also worked extensively in helping to run healthcare leadership programs, empowering both clinical and non-clinical emerging leaders throughout the state.

As a volunteer, Jennifer has spent time as a medical worker and researcher in Tanzania, a crisis counselor at San Francisco Suicide Prevention, and more than a decade working with adults with disabilities. Jennifer holds a dual B.A. in Psychology and African American Studies from the University of California, Davis.
